I would like to share a comforting scripture from God's Word, the Bible with the family. Isaiah 41:10 says: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you. I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! I was one of the most fortunate children that had Mrs. Stout as a 6th grade student at Brentwood Elementary School about 39 years ago. I will never forget this wonderful teacher one of the greatest I ever had! Prayers to all of the family.

Beverly was such a beautiful and caring lady. She always made me and my children feel important. I had the opportunity to help out in their home one time as an RN while Roger was ill and got to know how caring and loving Beverly was. Beverly and her family will always hold a special place in my heart. RIP Sweet Beverly.

I had Mrs. Stout for English at Grimsley High School, as did my eldest sister who unfortunately passed away in 2001. The one thing she told me coming up was to make sure to get in 2 classes, Mrs. Hoffler`s and Mrs. Stout`s. She was right. I am now writing a book on the family and I would like to believe that the influence that Mrs. Stout gave me in high school to pursue my creative writing has helped to hone my skills today.

Our dear Alpha Phi sister will be greatly missed. She was "The Voice" of Alpha Delta Kappa. She was a mentor to many and a friend to us all. Beverly not only served as President, but also served on many other roles in our chapter.
