Barbara Dean Padgett Frazier, 88, of Franklinville, died Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Funeral Services, 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 10, 2018, at First Baptist Church of Franklinville.

Officiating, Rev. Steven Cox.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Barbara was a native of Rutherford County. She retired from the Randolph County Tax Department and was a member of First Baptist Church of Franklinville. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Noyce and Elsie Henderson Padgett, brothers, Jerry Padgett and Noyce Padgett, Jr.

Survivors: daughter, Marilyn Frazier Vaughn, of Annville, PA., grandchildren, Jaime Vaughn Waynick, and husband, Jeffery, Jonathan Vaughn, and Jeremy Vaughn, great-grandchildren, Fallon Gordon, and husband, Dallas, Tanner Brown, Xander Vaughn, and Liam Vaughn, great-great-granddaughter, Harper Deanne Gordon, sisters, Martha Gazaway, and husband, Mark, of Asheboro, Mary Ann Edwards, and husband, Richard, of Clearwater, FL., sister-in-law, Shirley Padgett, of Franklinville. Barbara is also survived by her long time faithful companion and best friend, her "sunshine", Ed Kirkman.

Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur.
