Robin Star Santiago, 52, of 117 Wildcat Pond Rd., Hubert, died Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Duke Medical Center in Durham.

Funeral Services, 4:00 PM, Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Jeff Joyce.

Burial, Whites Memorial Baptist Church, Franklinville.

Robin was a native of Howard Beach, New York, and a homemaker. She was an avid gardner and loved feeding and watching the birds and loved her dog, Gracie.  The family always thought of their mother as having a colored personality. She was was preceded in death by her mother, Arlene Weaver Polonski.

Survivors: sons, Joshua Santiago, of Asheboro, and Justin Santiago, of Randleman, father, Stanley Polonski, III, and wife, Jeannie, of Wynantskill, NY, brothers, Stanley Polonski IV, of Hubert, NC, and Adam Polonski.

Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur and other times at the home of Joshua Santiago, 2366 Wildwood Lane, Asheboro.
