Richard Ray Spencer, 68, of Siler City, lost his battle with cancer on Sunday, December 24, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral Services, 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. L.N. Stanley, Rev. Kenneth McNeill.

Burial, Pleasant Ridge Christian Church, Ramseur.

Richard was a native Randolph County. He was self-employed in the antique business. Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Sweatt Spencer, parents, Herman and Essie Cox Spencer, brother, Vernon Spencer.

Survivors: daughters, Vickie Singleton, and husband, Charles, of Asheboro, Tonya Coe, and husband, Scott, of Liberty, sons, William Spencer, and wife, Tracy, of Sophia, George Spencer, and wife, Alisha, of Randleman, sisters, Shirley Weaver, and husband, Calvin, of Erwin, NC, Gladys Moreno, of Staley, Doris Spencer, of New London, NC, brothers, Carl Spencer, and wife, Penny, of Bear Creek, Joseph Spencer, and wife, Sophorn, of Greensboro, fifteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and three on the way.
