Phil Thomas Owens, 59, of 3915 Pollyfield Rd., Seagrove, died Sunday, December 10, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral Services, 2:00 PM, Friday, December 15, 2017, at Antioch Christian Church, Seagrove.

Officiating, Rev. Bryan Maness, Rev. Brian Faircloth.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Phil was a native of Randolph County and employed with United Parcel Service in Greensboro with 38 years of service and was a 1976 graduate of Southwestern Randolph High School.  He loved life and the great outdoors, however his greatest love was his grandchildren, Cole and Kaleb. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Edgar "Ed"  Owens.

Survivors: wife, Kelley Roddy Owens, of the home, daughter, Josie Millikan, of Kernersville, mother, Rosa Needham Owens, of Seagrove, brother, Byron Owens, and wife, Lynne, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Cole Khemlani, Kaleb Atkins, nieces, Victoria Owens, Elizabeth Owens, Rosalie Spangler, nephew, Matthew Owens.

Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur and other times at the residence.
