Paul Odell Dunn, 74, of 192 Allred St., Franklinville, died Sunday, July 24, 2016 at High Point Regional Hospital in High Point after a lengthy illness.

Funeral Services, 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 27, 2016, at Franklinville United Methodist Church.

Officiating, Rev. Chris West, Rev. Harold Hammond.

Burial, Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.

Paul was a native of Randolph County, retired from Kennametal and a member of Franklinville United Methodist Church where he was the church Sunday School Superindent, a SS teacher, member of the choir, and a church trustee.  He has served as a Town Commissioner of Franklinville for 25 years plus, was a 32nd Degree Mason, a member of Scottish Rite, and also a member of Eastern Star.  Paul was an avid shooter and a gun lover. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aaron and Eula Fultz Dunn, his brother, Herman Dunn, and his sister, Alice Brown.

Survivors: wife, Priscilla York Dunn, of the home, son, Jeff Dunn, and wife, Martha, of Franklinville, sister, Irene Berrier, of Lexington, brother, William W. Dunn, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Darren Gaines, Lisa Cox, and husband, Robert, great-grandchildren, Christy and Wesley Cox.

Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur and other times at the residence.
