Norbert was a native of Randolph County, formerly employed with Wright Furniture in Liberty and a member of Fall Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors: wife, Jean Johnson Loflin, of the home, half brother, Ennis Loflin, and wife, Becky, of Bear Creek, many nieces and nephews.
