Mona Ivey Malone, 90, of 1783 Whites Memorial Rd., Franklinville, died Thursday, August 11, 2016 at her residence.

Funeral Services, 3 PM, Sunday, August 14, 2016, at Lee's Chapel Independent Baptist Church, Henagar, AL.

Officiating, Rev. Charles Underwood.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mona was a native of DeKalb County in Alabama and a homemaker. She was a avid gardener, wonderful cook and loved to crochet.

Survivors: daughter, Debbie Harris, and husband, Chuck, of Franklinville, Patsy Cruse, of Koscuisko, MS, son, Timothy Malone, of Sumrall, MS, sisters, Lois Baugh, of Henagar, AL., Moselle Roberts, of Fyffe, AL., Barbara Mason, of Seattle, Washington, brother, Wayne Ivey, and wife, Judy, of Henagar, AL., five grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her caregiver Jaime Batchelor and her grandson Jason Breland for the wonderful care that was given to their mom.

Visitation, 6 PM to 8 PM, Saturday and 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, Sunday at the Kerby Funeral Home, Henagar, AL.
