Minnie York Hoyle, 83, of 2298 Ramseur-Julian Rd., Liberty, died Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro.

Funeral Services, 11 AM, Friday, August 26, 2016, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Jim Simmonds.

Burial, Oaklawn Cemetery, Asheboro.

Minnie was a native of Randolph County, a retired sewer with the John Plant and a member of Whites Chapel United Methodist Church. She was an avid gardener, quilter, and was very involved in church projects. She was preceded in death by her parents, Numa and Victoria York, brothers, Boots York, Raeford York, and great granddaughter, Farrah Hayden.

Survivors: husband, Russell Hoyle, of the home, son, Ronnie Hoyle, and wife, Earlene, of Ramseur, sisters, Martha Bowman, and husband, V.C., of Liberty, Faydene Brown, and husband, Worth, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Crystal Hayden, and husband, Kevin, of Asheboro, Jeffery Hoyle of Asheboro, great-grandchild, Mason Hayden.

Visitation, 6 PM to 8 PM, Thursday, Loflin Funeral Home, Ramseur and other times at the residence.
