Mary Evans Wagoner, 69, of Ramseur Julian Road, Liberty, entered peacefully into her heavenly home on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.

Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Sunday, May 7, 2017, at Patterson Grove Christian Church, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Steve House.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mary was a native of Alleghany County, a homemaker and attended Patterson Grove Christian Church.  She was involved in her church and loved her church family. Mary loved working in her yard and taking care of her flowers.  She was a very strong willed and determined lady. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Jack Wagoner and parents, Thomas Eddison and Oda Roberts Evans.

Survivors: sons, Jimmy D. Evans, and wife, Barbara, of Asheboro, John H. Griffin, and wife, Elena, of Liberty, brother, Robert Lee Evans, and close sister-in-law, Shirley, of Liberty, step-daughter, Diane Burger, of Randleman, step-sons, Jimmy Wagoner, of Randleman, Steve Wagoner, and wife, Umay, of Franklinville, Joel Wagoner, and wife, Anita, of Denton, grandchildren, James Griffin, Elizabeth Griffin, both of Liberty, several step-grandchildren.

Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur.
