Louise Brown Ellison, 88, of 500 Mountain Top Drive, Asheboro, died Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Clapps Convalescent Nursing Home in Asheboro.

Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Friday, July 29, 2016, at First Christian Church, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Garry Arnett, Rev. Tim Strider.

Entombment, Sunset Knoll Cemetery, Ramseur.

Louise was a native of Randolph County and a home maker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emmitt R. and Stella Patterson Brown, husband, Cecil Lloyd Ellison, sons, Jackson Ellison, William Ellison, daughter, Louise E. Wilson.

Survivors: daughters, Stella E. McCollum, and Vicki Jane Barton, both of Asheboro, sons, John Ellison, and Thomas Ellison, both of Asheboro, eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, Loflin Funeral Home, Ramseur and other times at the residence of Thomas Ellison, 1834 Spoons Chapel Church Road, Asheboro, NC.
