Our deepest sympathies and prayers to Amy. Danny lived next door to the Pell family for many years and remembers that Gregg never let anything stop him from playing ball, riding a bike, etc. We are so glad to have run into you both unexpectedly last April at the funeral of a family member. We so enjoyed Gregg's FB page where he shared the pictures of Ramseur's past. He will be missed by so many that he touched and may it help to know that you are being lifted up in prayer.

God cares for the brokenhearted; Psalm 34:18 assures us that he is close to them. Psalm 147:3 says: "He heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 36:7; 1 Peter 5:7) jw.org

Gregg was my neighbor as we were growing up in Ramseur. I was always amazed by his optimistic spirit. He, my two brothers and I played baseball together. The Lord allowed us to meet unexpectedly last December at Sir Pizza in Asheboro. It was a pleasant time. So sorry to hear about his passing. My heartfelt prayers go to his family!

Dear Amy,
You have lost the love of your life and a special friend & we have lost a beloved friend as well. These are not fun of easy times but we are praying that God's son - Jesus Christ- will undergird you and sustain you during this hard time.
Greg was one of my few friends and a hell of a photographer! It was a great pleasure to work with and learn from him. Love to you at this time...Bob & Janet Pearse

Gregg was a dear and remarkable man. It was my honor and privilege to work with him on PM Magazine. We had hair raising adventures as we covered the stories that showed why this a community filled with caring, smart and amazing people. Gregg helped us do everything with love. I considered him a dear friend and I will miss him, his gentle ways, his insight and his spirit. I pray for healing for his entire family, including his extended family at WBTV.

I know anyone who was raised in Ramseur knew Gregg. And I just couldn't believe it when I read on FB that he had fell and was in a coma. God knows what He is doing even though we don't have a clue why things have to happen the way they do. But I know one thing, Gregg is better off than we are. He was special and will be missed!! Rest In God's peace Gregg!! We will see you one day soon☝💟
