Garry Lynn Hoover, 69, of Asheboro, died Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at his residence.

Funeral Services, 11:00 AM, Monday, May 23, 2016, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Burial, Back Creek Friends Meeting, Asheboro with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard.

Garry was a native of Randolph County, retired form Eveready Battery Co. and a US Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Wilson and Uavah Aliene Kinney Hoover, brother, Clinton Hoover, nephew, Tony Hoover.

Survivors: daughters, Christie Lynn Hoover, and fiance, Timothy Hall, of Franklinville, Lori Ellen Hoover, of Randleman, brother, Thomas Hoover, of Ramseur, grandchildren, Sarah Gace Davis Lednum, Tessa Lauren Davis, Logan Freeman, great-grandchildren, Noah Lednum, Lucas Freeman, Emma Rose Lednum.

Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur and other times at the home of Lori Ellen Hoover, 4218 Water Oak Court, Randleman.
