Edith Joyce Watson, 84, of 3612 Carl Allred Road, Franklinville, NC, died Monday, August 21, 2017 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.

Memorial Services, 3 PM, Saturday, September 2, 2017, at Landmark Baptist Church, Asheboro.

Officiating, Rev. Frank Barrett.

Edith was a native of Richmond County, formerly employed as a supervisor with Weiman Furniture and a member of Landmark Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Vannie Campbell Joyce, daughter, Marsha Lineberry, grand-son, Bryan McNeill, three brothers, eight sisters, and significant other, Bob Cook

Survivors: daughters, Linda W. Wells, of Liberty, Debbie McNeill, of Franklinville, son, William T. Watson, of Oak Island, grandchildren, Shannon Westmoreland, T.J. Jones, Penny Bray Hinesley, great-grandchildren, Melanie McNeill, Breanna McNeill, Nicholas Everidge, Allison Everidge, Jaylen Jones, Camden Jones, Alya Westmoreland, special companion, her dog, "Sissy".

Visitation, 2 PM to 3 PM, Saturday, Landmark Baptist Church, Asheboro, and other times at the home of Diane Thompson, 2008 Kivett Council Rd., Liberty.
