Cleo Phillips Dobbins, 93, of 897 Ramseur Julian Rd., Ramseur, died Saturday, April 30, 2016 at her residence.

Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Burial, Sunset Knoll Cemetery, Ramseur.

Cleo was a native of Randolph County, retired beautician and attended Whites Chapel United Methodist Church.

Survivors: husband, William Dobbins, of the home, son, Darrell Phillips, and wife, Darlene, of Ramseur, grandchildren, Kelly Ratliff, LeAnn Phillips-Brown, Kendra Phillips, eight great-grandchildren.
