Charles Lee Kennedy, 77, of Seagrove, died Monday, April 11, 2016 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro.

Funeral Services, 3 PM, Friday, April 15, 2016, at Antioch Christian Church, Seagrove.

Officiating, Rev. Wayne Bryson, Rev. D. J. Harry.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Charles was a native of Randolph County,  employed with Asheboro Concrete for twenty-seven years and  with Hedgecock Building Supply for eighteen years and a member of the Asbury Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Mary Owens Kennedy and wife, Joyce Kiser Kennedy.

Survivors: wife, Joann Beck Kennedy, of the home, daughter, Anna Hoover, of Seagrove, son, Nicky Kennedy, and wife, Sherry, of Robbins, step-daughter, Pam Dunn and husband, Roy, of Seagrove, step-son, Gary Kennedy, of Seagrove, two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.

The family would like to express a special thank you to his great granddaughter McKayla Stalker for all her love and visits.

Visitation, 6 PM to 8 PM, Thursday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur and other times at the residence.
