Funeral Services, 2PM, Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Officiating, Dr. Neal Jackson.

Burial, Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.

Bobby was formerly employed with Industries of the Blind in Winston Salem.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Obie and Dorothy Holbrook Pennell, brothers, Dwight  Pennell and Obie Pennell, Jr.

Survivors: sister, Brenda Smith, and husband, Donald, of Asheboro, sister-in-law, Rebecca Pennell, nephews, Dee Pennell, Jeff Pennell, nieces, Kristie Harris, Karen Schalesky.
