Beulah Moore Deaton, 92, of 7237 Riverside Road, Seagrove, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour Friday, September 16, 2016 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Monday, September 19, 2016, at Antioch Christian Church, Seagrove.

Officiating, Rev. Brian Faircloth, Rev. Brian Maness.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She was a native of Randolph County and a member of Antioch Christian Church.  Beulah was a caring mother, and her priorities were always, God, family, and others. She was a selfless woman, always thinking of others before herself.  As a family, she has given us a model to live our lives by.  We will greatly miss her as the longtime strength of our family but we rejoice that she is now in her heavenly home.   She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Laura Lee Garner Moore, husband, Cecil Reuben Deaton, brothers, Elbert Garner, Astor Moore, Carlton Moore, Talmage Moore, Leon Moore, and her sisters, Beatrice Moore, Mildred Garner.

Survivors: daughter, Patsy "Pat" Greene, and husband, Ronald, of Asheboro, son, Cecil Dale Deaton, of Asheboro, grandchildren who were the light of her life, Julie Greene Stell, and husband, Randy, of Kernersville, Jodi Parks, and husband, Rickie, of Asheboro, Carey Nesbitt, and husband, John, of Seagrove, Lane Greene, of Aberdeen, great-grandchildren who were a special joy, Abbie Stell, Ransom Stell, special niece, Shirley Moore Kimrey, and many nieces, great nieces and great nephews of whom she loved.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to neighbors, friends, and all who helped make it possible for Mama to remain in her home.  We love you.
